Apart from a breakdown repair service, Allaways provide a range of services for espresso machines including spare parts through to general maintenance and servicing.
Espresso coffee machines require regular maintenance and yearly boiler pressure testing together with the legal documentation to meet the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. A poorly maintained machine can be a danger to the operating staff, produce poor quality beverages and prove unreliable.
Since the explosion at the Sainsbury's Supermarket in Farnborough all owners and users of espresso coffee machines are becoming aware of their need to maintain and test their machines to the requirements of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. If renting a machine from Allaways, all aspects of testing and maintenance are provided within the hire period.
Allaways offer two levels of Service Level Agreements
Allaways may be able to identify and resolve a problem over the telephone.
If necessary we are able to provide an engineer to your site and as most common spare parts are carried on their van, repairs are often resolved on site
If an espresso machine cannot be repaired on site, we are normally in a position to supply an approved loan machine allowing your machine to be repaired at our workshop.
We have available a wide range spare parts for the majority of coffee machines that are available on request
In many areas of the UK temporary hardness in the water supply will cause scale to build up in steam boilers. We recommend that all machines are provided with an in-line solids filter plus the correct filters to prevent water scaling in temporary hardness areas.
Water filters are rated at various levels and need to be replaced based on usage and the degree of hardness of water. To ensure these replacements are carried out at the correct times and full usage of the cartridges is achieved, water usage for the machine should be monitored by its own separate water meter. Allaways are able to offer a range of filter systems to meet your requirements.
